The rest of the week you should keep the calories down low so you will achieve the best weight loss but by the time you come to the end of the week you will need to raise
your leptin and metabolism by having another cheat day.  Until the weight is off this is the cycle you should be following, and the result will be a quick fat loss and a metabolism that is still running well, which is not something you can really say with a traditional diet.
