Cholesterol Reducing Tips: Good Food Tip #6

You don’t have to give up going out to restaurants.  Consider these tips:

  • If your portion is large, plan on taking some of it home as a carry out.  As Americans, we have grown accustomed to eating large portions.  Retrain your eating habits and condition yourself to eat less.
  • Check out the low cholesterol section on their menus.

Just because you are eating more healthy these days doesn’t mean that you have to quit going out to eat.
