You don’t have to give up going out to restaurants. Consider these tips:
- If your portion is large, plan on taking some of it home as a carry out. As Americans, we have grown accustomed to eating large portions. Retrain your eating habits and condition yourself to eat less.
- Check out the low cholesterol section on their menus.
