Not all cholesterol fighting tools are negative—you can’t eat this, and you can’t eat that.  There are some foods you can eat that actually help you lower your LDL (“bad”) cholesterol.

Good Food Tips #3: Nuts

Nuts—especially almonds and walnuts—are found to be cholesterol friendly. A study conducted in 2002 showed that test subjects who ate 25 almonds a day for 30 days actually reduced  their bad cholesterol (LDL) by 4%, and their good cholesterol (HDL) was raised by 5%!
